At Trixi Lou Couture, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase!

We accept returns on non-custom items* within 7 days of receipt.
Items may be returned only if they have not been worn or used in any way.
You may receive a refund of the item cost, or exchange a defective item for a replacement.
Shipping, Handling, and Rush Order fees are not refundable.
All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To get started, contact us for an RMA number. We will provide you with simple steps to complete your return.

Please do not attempt to return your product without an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
